Play with Thrust, lambdas, and placeholder notation

Modify some programs in /parclass/2021/files/thrust/nvidia-thrust/examples to use lambdas and placeholder notation. Good choices might be saxpy, repeated_range, bounding_box, or simple_moving_average.
