1 Continuously updating geoxeon and parallel

To get new features working, I'm continuously upgrading things.

Please report any problems.

Sometimes that causes outages, sorry.

/afs is not working now. However, I don't think anyone uses it.

From last Thurs, I've been lecturing from Stanford's parallel course notes , which they've made freely available. (Thanks.)

They are very well done.

They are obsolete in some places, which I'll mention.

However, a lot of newer CUDA material is also obsolete.
